1 pack Pancit Canton (any flavor)
Japanese Mayo and Ketchup for garnish
1 tablespoon oil for frying
Beat eggs in a bowl.
Cook Pancit Canton according to package directions.
Heat up oil in a non-stick pan and make a thin, wide omelet by cooking the eggs.
Place Canton in the middle of the omelet and fold sides up so that it encases the noodles.
Flip onto a plate so that the folds aren’t seen. Garnish with Japanese Mayo and Ketchup.
