In case you’re wondering, this is not a sponsored video, I just really like Oishi Sponge Crunch Chocolate Cookies. One of my favorite snacks, I adore its crunch and sponginess, it’s almost like eating sweet Cheetos Puffs. I was eating so much of this stuff that I started to think if I could bake with it too. So I made two recipes, and here’s the first one.

Oishi Sponge Crunch Chocolate Cookie Milkshake
Yield: 2 standard milkshake glasses
4 cups vanilla ice cream (approximately 1/2 of a half-gallon tub)
1 30-gram bag Oishi Sponge Crunch, crushed
1/2 -1 cup milk, or more depending on how thick or thin you want your milkshake
Chocolate sauce, homemade (see recipe below) or purchased, for garnish
Oishi Sponge Crunch cookies for garnish
Whipped cream, homemade or purchased, for garnish
First, make the milkshake. In a blender, mix together 4 cups vanilla ice cream (approximately 1/2 of a half-gallon tub), one 30-gram bag of Oishi Sponge Crunch cookies, crushed, and about 1/2 to 1 cup of milk for the mixture to blend together. I like to make thick milkshakes so I use ½ cup of milk. Set aside briefly.
Garnish 2-3 milkshake glasses with some chocolate sauce then fill the glasses with milkshake.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with cookies. Don’t forget the straw!
