		<description>omg! i tried chef hasset&#039;s bread pudding creme brulee..It was really good and unique. Imagine, chunks of bread pudding and creme brulee in one? what they did, using a &quot;blow torch&quot; they caramelized the sugar first on top of the pudding just like the traditional creme brulee and it creates a burnt taste and a crisp surface that adds more unique flavor and taste for the bread pudding.

every night i kept on dreaming of it and cant wait for an another yummy weekend to come. im looking forward to try his &quot;mango torte&quot; something and the pastel cake (i forgot the name)&gt;&gt;..
