omg! i tried chef hasset’s bread pudding creme brulee..It was really good and unique. Imagine, chunks of bread pudding and creme brulee in one? what they did, using a “blow torch” they caramelized the sugar first on top of the pudding just like the traditional creme brulee and it creates a burnt taste and a crisp surface that adds more unique flavor and taste for the bread pudding.

every night i kept on dreaming of it and cant wait for an another yummy weekend to come. im looking forward to try his “mango torte” something and the pastel cake (i forgot the name)>>..

Hope you will be able to post some pictures of their products too!
