		<description>very interesting! came across this when I thought of cooking santol we have at home. Never heard of dulce de santol before as well, but after reading the article, I&#039;m intrigued (and excited) - I want to try making one at home. :)</description>

the seeds???well have you tried doing santol juice?? same process.

1. put the seeds inside a pot of water, half full.boil it.until you can smell the heady santol aroma and the water turning bit brownish/amber.

2. add sugar to taste.

3. remove from heat

4. add lemon juice to balance the sweetness

5. add ice cubes.

6. enjoy.

note.everything is to taste....</description>

		<description>i just enjoyed the santol preserved my mom made from the santol i sent her from our trees... she made it by preserving the santol with a syrup made with sugar, water and kiam-muy powder...yummy... but i will definitely try your dulce de santol while there are still santol available from the trees backyard... thanks for sharing...</description>
