Hi there!
I just came home from Japan recently, and found that a large part of the trip I enjoyed the most was the cuisine. It was amazing, visually and taste wise. I was wondering though – where was the restaurant you went to to have the kaiseki meal? It looked like a very nice place.

japanese maple is very pretty…and also gets mistaken for marijuana leaves by other people love the pics, and isn’t that stone basin so beautiful?

i can imagine some silly person making a “fake” zen garden made of gravel mixed with cement…but that would defeat the purpose (and the monks have to do something)…is there such a thing as McMochi balls there? (teehee)
