I remember seeing Alton Brown on "Good Eats" expounding on the secrets of how to make cookies crunchy or chewy, depending on the mood.

I personally like mine chewy. (hint hint).

That’s something I haven’t done in a while: bake.

I’m not very experimental; I’m quite satisfied with the chocolate chip recipe I’ve been using for the past few years.

It’s just that it’s been a bit of a while.
