I've tried countless recipes, each saying they were the best chocolate cake, only to end up with a product that has me asking whether I did something wrong or that the best chocolate cake to the recipe's author was a brownie with melted chocolate slathered on top. Enjoyed it very much and will be trying your suggestions. PS: I do agree that Starbucks has good pastries, especially the chocolate cake. I, however, did not particularly enjoy their crepe cake.
