I love changing my mind about food. I’ve been trying to do that with the things I’m not fond of ever since I read Steingarten’s “The Man Who Ate Everything” many years ago. I’ve actually succeeded with some, to my delight, and I look forward to learning to love (or at least, like) many more previously spurned foods.

I am very, verrrry tempted to go to this souffle fest at The Pen, despite my determination to slim down in time for the fast-approaching summer season!
