		<description>Wow, first you learned to like orange with chocolate and coffee; now, souffles! What&#039;s next, tiramisu?! ;-) 

I love changing my mind about food. I&#039;ve been trying to do that with the things I&#039;m not fond of ever since I read Steingarten&#039;s &quot;The Man Who Ate Everything&quot; many years ago. I&#039;ve actually succeeded with some, to my delight, and I look forward to learning to love (or at least, like) many more previously spurned foods. :-D

I am very, verrrry tempted to go to this souffle fest at The Pen, despite my determination to slim down in time for the fast-approaching summer season!
