Definitely Something To Be Eaten in Private
(DiscOVIries Winner 2)

Never in a million years did I think that someone would eat this, in private or not.
Week 2’s DiscOVIries by Nokia winner is: Ria Tirazona for her photo, “My Secret Treat.”
And what a secret it is. There were plenty of strange and surprising entries in last week’s contest for “Food You Like To Eat When No One’s Looking.” Who would’ve thought that people snarf down kiamoy powder and muscovado sugar by the spoonful when they’re all alone?
But Ria’s entry takes the cake: Planter’s Cheese Curls and condensada (condensed milk). My first reaction: ewww! Apparently, so was Ria’s.
Her description of her “private food”:
“My mom says she made me lihi on Planters Cheese Curls and condensada. I used to say eeeewwww but when I tried it, I changed my opinion! The sweetness of the condensed milk and the saltiness of cheese curls is perfect. It’s even better when it’s Cheetos Flamin’ Hot cheese curls and condensada!!! It’s definitely something I eat in secret, especially since I don’t want to admit to her that she was right…masarap nga siya!”
View Ria’s photo as well as all the other entries from Week 2 on my Ovi channel.
Ria: I’ve sent you a private email through your Ovi email account regarding the claiming of your prize.
Thanks so much to all of you who joined DiscOVIries Week 2! I look forward to seeing the photos for Week 3: What’s Your Favorite “Cheap” Eat?

My sister and I used to eat Wheat-Banana Cerelac… all the way up to college! We only stopped eating it when our metabolism started slowing down and started counting calories.
