Gigi Gaerlan is the woman famous for those Custaroons and Matcha Cookies, still my green tea cookie of choice. She’s opened up a charming little café in Eastwood where I’m enchanted by her beautifully decorated cupcakes and Lemongrass Iced Tea. Listen in on our conversation, and watch out for the snippet where I talk about the unique relationship I have with these talented home bakers. I’m very proud of this podcast, it’s more dynamic and I enjoy listening to people talk about their craft.

Galing, Lori! Love this episode. I am a big fan of Gigi’s cupcakes. Friends have given them to me as gifts and I’ve ordered some to give to friends also. They’re so pretty and yummy! I’ve never visited the cafe, though, so I should make plans to do that soon. Keep the episodes coming

Lori, it’s great that you have this on VIMEO! YouTube and other streaming or video sites are blocked in our office. At least I can access your podcasts when I need to relax during breaks.

you got me at “especially special”. will try her cupcakes tomorrow valentine’s day (a damn good reason to eat gorg and great tasting food). but hey the shooting while driving was a bit distracting. i was afraid you might actually bump into another car.
